Planning a hike? Here are 3 essential steps to ensure a safe and enjoyable adventure!

First let me share my story. The first time i went for a hike halfway through the hill i was crawling up the hill🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣and on my way back i was rolling down the hill🤣🤣🤣.


I also left my backpack over there because it was soo heavy and I was so tired to care about it🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Anyway here are the steps to help you enjoy your hike Step 1: Plan Your Hike 🗺️ • Choose a suitable trail with favourable conditions and based on your fitness level.

Step 2: Gear Up 🎒 • Dress appropriate for the hike, pack light only essentials like water, snacks, first aid kit, and navigation tools.



Step 3: Physical Preparation
🏋️‍♂️ • Train regular cardiovascular exercises and practice hiking locally short distance. Happy hiking, adventurers! 🥾🌿
